Our skin is constantly renewing
itself. To put in plain words, the dead cells on the
surface of the skin are shed and replaced with new cells
continually. This natural cycle of cell renewal slows
down as we age. As a result, the dead cells begin to
pile up and clog the pores, leaving the skin dull and
lifeless.
The absolute best way to remove dead cells is by
exfoliating. Exfoliating gets rid of dead cells to
reveal plumper and younger cells underneath.

Secondly, pick a scrub with fine granules. Scrubs
with coarse granules can be harsh on the skin.
Apply the scrub on cleansed skin and massage gently
in a circular motion. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat
dry. Apply ice to close the pores. Finish off with a
light face moisturizer.
Avoid scrubbing the delicate area around the eyes as
it is very fine and can be easily irritated.
